Don't waste your money tbh; one score above 450 has a high chance of passing, so two only solidifies that chance. Focus on high yield OMM, biostats, micro, and any other weaknesses you currently have, and you should be more than ready. You got this! Here is what you need to do for the next month: 1)Hunker down and do UWorld practice questions every day (50-100 at minimum)...if it took you from Sept. -- May that is WAY too long to get through the level 1 qbank. You will have forgotten almost all of the information by now. Reset it and start over.

When I took COMSAE I was 4.5 weeks into dedicated and about 90% done with UWorld. Probably <5 days throughout that time I did a chapter in Savarese a night with the corresponding Anki deck. Make sure to read the cranial chapter the night before and do the Anki deck. I'll be saving the rest for the time between USMLE and COMLEX.

How many questions do you need to get right to score a 400 on COMSAE? I mark at least 25 questions each block but still get slightly above 400. Combank Assessments- both before April and predicted 440-480ish, 64% correct of the question bank. Comquest- 70% full run through, full length assessment 5 days out predicted me around 573.My actual score was +70 to 103 and +50 points to 104 . Point being, they seem to underpredict significantly.
