2 posts · Joined 2015. #1 · Jul 21, 2021. CUE touch screen quit working. Replaced it with a new one from cuescreens.com. Touch screen works now, but I'm having the same symptoms with AC not working. I can disconnect the battery and reconnect it and the AC will work again. After a day or so i have to repeat this process.Alright so I bought the 2.5 ATS a couple of months ago. I am very pleased with the car and the cue system is a gem to have. BUT, I've been having a problem with the voice recognition system. To put it simply, it's just not working. CUE is based on Linux and Linux system often becomes unresponsive when HDDs are experiencing troubles, constant resets etc. Nice Ride.

Can be found at cuescreens.com. Or if you have warranty the Dealer would replace the whole CUE unit but it would most likely fail again.
